Gym will be closed July 4 to July 9, 2011 for summer break

• 6 sessions/ year.  Each session is 8 weeks long except the 6th session which is 9 weeks long.
• You can sign up at any time during the session. We will prorate the price if you choose to join after the session has started.
• All fees and tuitions must be paid in full on or before the first day of your class time.
• A $35.00/ year annual membership fee is due during your first class.  This fee is per one child, and a 10% discount will apply to each additional child enrolled in any of our programs! (You can receive $10.00 off if the coupon from our website is used @ uzelacgymnastics.com)
• We will do our best to keep the class size limited to a 7:1 ratio!
• Priority dates sign ups give you a chance to pre-enroll your child for the next session!
• We offer one make-up class per session for students that miss a class due to illness!  You will receive one (1) makeup coupon/session to use only during that session.  You must schedule a make-up class with the front office only.
• Open Gym Night is held occasionally on Sunday Afternoons from 2-4pm!  Open gym means there is safety certified instructors available to assist, but there is no structured class time!  The cost of the 2 hr session is $12.00/athlete.  No discounts for more than one sibling will be offered for these sessions! Age requirements are from 6 and up for Open Gym only.
• All checks can be made to Uzelac Gymnastics!
• A $35.00 maintenance fee will be charged for any returned checks!
• We also except Visa, MasterCard, and Discover as a form of payment for anything that we offer!
• If you pay for a whole year of classes in full, we will discount the total price of the tuition 10%! That is like getting 4 days of class FREE!
• For the safety of our gymnast, please have them wear gymnastics leotards (except for tumblers); you can purchase a leotard in our Pro-Shop.
• You can observe from our designated observation areas ONLY! Please refrain from entering any area of the gym facility where athletes practice their skills.  If you are accompanied by other siblings not in a program, it is your responsibility to keep them in designated observation areas only.
• All athletes are prohibited from bringing food and drink onto the gym area.  Only food and drink can be administered in observation, locker and restroom areas only.
• The use of Alcohol, any form of Tobacco and Profanity in and around the training facility is strictly prohibited.
• If you have any questions or concerns regarding your child enrolled in any of programs, please schedule an appointment with the Program director through our front office.  Please refrain from approaching our coaches during class-time!
• Make an appointment with the front office for a “Massage by Kristal”.  Kristal Uzelac is a certified massage therapist is 3 different massage therapies.
